Agreement Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Nexbitz Tech platforms (including nexFreight, nexProcure, nexPulse, and nexRealty), owned and operated by Nexbitz Infotech LLP. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the Services

Nexbitz Tech provides cloud-based enterprise software solutions designed to assist businesses in managing logistics, procurement, autonomous workflows, and real estate CRM. The Services are provided on a subscription basis to authorized business entities.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
• You must be legally authorized to act on behalf of your business entity.

3. Authorized Access & Account Responsibility

Our platforms are intended for authorized users of customer organizations with an active subscription. Access credentials must be provided or approved by the organization or Nexbitz Infotech LLP. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted under your account are your sole responsibility.

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance according to your selected plan.
• Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
• All payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior written notice.

6. Intellectual Property & User Data

Our Property: All software, branding, designs, code, AI models, and documentation remain the exclusive property of Nexbitz Infotech LLP. Users receive only a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription.

Your Property: Customer organizations retain full ownership of all information, records, documents, leads, and proprietary data uploaded to our platforms. Nexbitz processes such information solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services.

7. Backup and Service Availability

While reasonable enterprise-grade efforts are made to maintain backups and recovery mechanisms, customers are encouraged to retain local copies of critical business records. While we guarantee SLA uptimes per our enterprise contracts, continuous availability is not guaranteed against force majeure events or required infrastructure maintenance.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, misuse of the platform, security concerns, or non-payment. Upon termination, data may be retained for a limited period in accordance with our Privacy Policy before permanent deletion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
